We believe in using your personal data to improve your experience when using our application, we will always keep your personal data safe using the highest standards of security. 1. Personal data we use
For a better experience, while using our service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to firstname, surname, telephone number and geolocation. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

2. How and Why we use your personal data
We only use your personal data where necessary and where it is lawful to do so. Our use of your personal data is needed to deliver the Services to you, to meet our legal or regulatory obligations, to meet or protect yours, ours, the wider publics or other third parties interests, and sometimes for other reasons only where we have your explicit consent to do so.
3. What happens when you do not provide necessary personal data
Where we need to process your personal data either to comply with law, or to perform the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you. For example, to provide you with the functionalities or access to the App. In this case, we may have to stop you from using our App but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.
4. Where do we store your personal data
Your personal data is stored on secure servers located within the European Union (EU) and, in some cases, outside the EU where we have engaged trusted third-party service providers. We ensure that any transfer of data outside the EU is conducted in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including implementing appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your privacy and personal data. Our data storage and processing practices are designed to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and security of your personal information at all times.
5. How long do we store your personal data
We store your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. The specific retention period may vary depending on the type of data and the nature of its use. Once your data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it to prevent unauthorised access or use.
In certain cases, we may retain your data for a longer period if required by law or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Service Providers - We may entrust certain third parties to perform IT and system administration functions and services. We may share your Registration Information and Log Usage Data with these third parties, but only for the purposes of performing these functions and providing such services.
Regulators and Public Authorities - We will cooperate with law enforcement enquiries received from within or outside your country of residence.
Business Transfer - In the event that SEN2gether is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganisation or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Professional Advisers - We may transfer your Registration Data to our lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers and other advisers who provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance and accounting services.
These third parties service providers may have access to your Personal Information in order to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
7. Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilising our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
8. Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use these "cookies" explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use "cookies" to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your computer or mobile device until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on our App.

SEN2gether is designed to make it easier for you to connect with other Users and to interact with them. When you use the App, other Users of the App (both locally and globally) will see certain information, including your personal data, which you upload to your account (as described below):

This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us, therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
12. Children's Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.

From time to time, we may send you marketing materials - you retain the right to opt out (or opt in) at any time. However, we may send you emails that are necessary for us to provide our services, or to announce any update of our App or Terms of service for instance.

Your Rights Relating to Your Personal Data
By law you have the right to:
Request information about your personal data. This enables you to ask us how we have collected and used your personal information during the past 12 months. We have made this information available to you without having to request it by including it in this privacy policy.

If you want to exercise any of the rights described above, please contact us at support@SEN2gether.com. You can also delete your information directly through the app by navigating to "Settings" and selecting "Delete My Account".
We try to respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
