SEN2gether’s Terms and Conditions is a contract between you and SEN2gether App (address), and we want you to be aware of yours and our rights before you use the SEN2gether application ("App" or “SEN2gether”). Please take some time to read these Terms before enjoying the App, because once you access, view or subscribe to the App, you will be legally bound by these Terms.

Before you can use the SEN2gether App, you will need to subscribe and sign up to create an account and agree to our T&Cs.
When subscribed, you will create an account authorising us to access, display and use certain information you have provided. For more information about what information we use and how we use it, please check out our Privacy Policy.
If you wish to leave, you can delete your account at any time by going to the 'Settings' screen of your Account when you are logged in, and clicking on the 'Deactivate account' link and following the steps shown. We will save your profile information in case you realise you miss us and decide to restore your Account; check our Privacy Policy for more information. If you would like Your Content or profile information to be deleted, please contact us at Support@sen2gether.com.
SEN2gether App reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend any Account, or make use of any operational, technological, legal or other means available to enforce the Terms at any time without liability and without the need to give you prior notice.
There are three types of content that you will have access to on the App:

We ask users to comply with our House Rules when engaging in all SEN2gether forums. A moderation team reviews all content and will remove any content that violates community guidelines. We reserve the right to delete or restrict accounts without notice.
You are responsible and liable for Your Content. When sharing Your Content, you may not divulge personal contact details or banking information. Any shared personal information is at your own risk. SEN2gether reserves a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use Your Content for various purposes, including editing, distributing, and incorporating it into other works.
All Member Content belongs to the users who upload it. SEN2gether does not verify member identities and cannot guarantee the accuracy of Member Content. Users are prohibited from misusing other users' content or information.
‘Our Content’ includes text, graphics, logos, audios, visuals, and other intellectual property owned by SEN2gether.
The App can be downloaded via the App Store or Google Play. Refer to their respective terms and conditions for more information.
Our servers automatically record Log and Usage Data, which helps improve our service. This data may include IP address, browser type, device model, operating system, and search terms. Geolocation data may also be collected with your permission.

By participating in SENChat, you agree to these terms. Violations will result in warnings or restrictions:
No refunds will be provided for restrictions, suspensions, or deactivations due to violations.
All content on the App is provided "as is" for general information purposes and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
SEN2gether is not liable for damages resulting from your use of the App. In no event shall SEN2gether’s total liability exceed 500 AED or the amount paid in the last six months.
SEN2gether is a paid service. Details of the subscription terms and features can be found under the Paid Subscription Terms.
SEN2gether reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
